The Platinum Key is a membership travel club which gives members the opportunity to vacation in world renowned resorts worldwide at a fraction of the cost.

The "Platinum Key Program" deals primarily in weeks that are either being managed by the Developer and/or Home Owners Association or have been placed on the rental or resale market and are available for a wholesale rate. These weeks are scattered among the resorts of any listed resort location, whereas Time Share Ownership deals in SPECIFIC weeks, at SPECIFIC resorts located in SPECIFIC resort locations.  For those reasons we do not feature in our literature any "Specific Resorts" but rather list only "Popular Resort Locations".

When using this program, you must first decide what resort locations you wish to visit. Platinum Key Inc., our reservation department, will then locate accommodations for you, either at your first or second choice. A minimum of two "locations" is required in order to provide our reservation department maximum latitude to fill your vacation needs. Once this department is successful in booking your request(s), your acceptance or refusal must be given within 24 hours after contact by phone, email or fax, or the booking is automatically released and cancelled if we do not hear back from the member.

After paying the initial membership cost of the Platinum Key program, there is only a modest annual membership renewal fee due every year around the anniversary of your purchase date, as a Platinum Key Member you are only charged when you use the program. In addition the weeks at your disposal per year are "UNLIMITED", subject only to availability. Time Share Owners, on the other hand, are limited each year to the number of weeks they own and are liable for their maintenance fees whether they use their weeks or not.

To make reservations, first decide which two "Resort Locations" you wish to visit. Enter these choices, by AREA only, on the "Vacation Request Form". When you "submit" this form, an E-Mail will be automatically sent to our reservation department. Optionally, you can mail or fax the form to our office or you may call and give the information by phone. When calling, be sure to have you "Membership Number" and your "Credit Card" handy.

There is a $25 "Search" fee which is credited towards your total cost of your accommodations, except in the event our reservation department was successful in booking your request, and you declined acceptance for whatever reasons.  Then we will charge the $25 separately.

Platinum Key members shall pay Platinum Key an annual membership fee.  The fee is in your paperwork, which is subject to change at the sole discretion of Platinum Key.  Platinum Key may cancel a membership if payment of the annual fee is not received within 90 days following receipt of the bill.   Persons who fail to renew their membership may not be permitted to reactivate their membership without paying an additional initial membership fee of $200.  In the event that the membership is suspended, privileges will remain suspended until all fees owed are remitted.
