Over the last (almost) 13 years, Advantage Travel has established itself as the premier name in the membership travel and leisure industry, and we are extremely excited with our acquisition of Platinum Key! Our state-of-the-art Member Master System has been updated with all your pertinent membership information and at the top of this letter you will find your new member identification number. Please use this number when making future calls to Platinum Key. The office in Cape Canaveral, Florida will be phased out by the end of January; but, we are pleased to tell you that Adriana, one of the club’s favorite agents, has agreed to stay on board with Advantage Travel to help make this transition smooth and seamless! Advantage Travel has many experienced club specialists that are ready to step in and make you feel at home too! You have nothing to worry about! We are confident that you will see improved levels of service and access to a wider array of vacation options! You will continue to call the same toll free phone number and access the same website, all of which you will start to see changes and improvements to in the near future! At some point in the future, we will be conducting meetings with all members to discuss these changes, ensure accurate account information (benefits, equity, and financial), and to issue a permanent Photo ID Card.
